What to Expect from This 8-Month Program

This is a one-on-one program. By the end of 8 months, you will:

Read with Confidence

  • Read short stories, dialogues, articles, and everyday texts at an intermediate level.

  • Recognize grammar patterns and sentence structure while reading.

  • Understand tone, context, and meaning in written Creole,

Understand Grammar

  • Use tenses like past, present, future, and progressive with ease.

  • Understand sentence structure (affirmative, negative, and interrogative forms).

  • Master key parts of speech: pronouns, prepositions, connectors, articles, etc.

  • Improve accuracy and fluidity in both spoken and written communication.

Write with Clarity

  • Write short texts such as messages, journal entries, and basic letters.

  • Construct well-formed sentences and short paragraphs.

  • Use punctuation and spelling rules appropriately in Haitian Creole.

Translate with Purpose

  • Translate simple texts from English to Haitian Creole and vice versa.

  • Understand context and cultural meaning, not just word-for-word translation.

  • Gain confidence using Creole in real-life written and spoken situations.

Rescheduling Policy

You are permitted to reschedule their sessions as needed, provided that adequate notice is given. Rescheduling offers flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances or changes in availability. However, please note that all sessions must be completed within the same calendar month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month and will be forfeited if not used within the designated time frame.
