Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refund

As a member, you are automatically charged once a month on the date you signed up. We may change the price for the membership packages occasionally and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use Evokreyòl Services after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you are entitled to reject the change by cancelling your membership before the price change goes into effect.

Your payment to Evokreyòl will automatically renew on the date you signed up, unless you cancel your membership before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

There are no refunds or credits—no matter the reason. This applies to all absences, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts. No exceptions.

All payments are nonrefundable. No refunds shall be issued for partial use or non-use of the service(s) by you after paying.

EvoKreyòl does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to anyone who does not or cannot finish the program for which they have registered.

How can I update my payment method?

Log into your PayPal account to edit Payment Method. Follow the prompts to enter your new payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards, major credit cards, and PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

How often will I be billed for my membership?

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis, depending on the plan you select at sign-up.

Renewal Process and Notifications

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

How can I cancel my membership?

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?

Yes, you can pause your membership for only one month. During this time, your billing will be temporarily halted, and access will be restricted. Reactivate anytime from your account settings.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. Please ensure your payment details are up-to-date to avoid service interruption.
